Barre Tech

Barre Tech is derived from a classical-ballet-class-barre, however compressed into 30 minutes. It’s fast passed and toning with simple repetitions to house & techno. A great pick me up if you’re working from home or sweat it out in the studio. Beginner friendly.  

Pin Pointe

Good old fashioned pointe classes, however, I do require proper fittings and some previous training.

Stretch Out

1 hour

All things yoga, stretching, pilates and floor barre. A great way to ease your day away. Elements of this class can be used as a morning warmup, however, passive stretching (stretches held for a while) are best done at the end of the day.

Movement Therapy

A unique approach to mental health, especially c-ptsd and ptsd. Most health concerns are a result of unresolved trauma and the benefits of dance/movement are starting to become widely recognised.
